Tracking your Order

When can you track your order?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship and generally appear on our website along with your order information. Orders placed on shop.timberland.com may be delivered by different shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Standard Ground, 2-Day and Overnight deliveries are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from Order Status/Tracking on our website, when it becomes available.

Orders delivered to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) are delivered via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and can not currently be tracked. In these instances, Order Status/Tracking on shop.timberland.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your e-mail. You will receive e-mails at the e-mail address you supplied during checkout; keeping you up-to-date on your order status.
  • Visit the website. Sign in through the My Account section and select Order Status/Tracking at shop.timberland.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service team at 888-802-9947.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by shop.timberland.com and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Standard Ground, 2-Day and Overnight deliveries are shipped via FedEx and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from Order Status/Tracking on our website when it becomes available.
