Our Timberland PRO® Five Star Rosette has been built on women's lasts (3D foot forms used in the shaping of a shoe) to accommodate the fit differences associated with womens' feet, but we've kept the same safety and technology features of our men's PRO® footwear. Our exclusive Anti-Fatigue technology will keep you comfortable all day, and slip-resistant outsoles give you the traction you'll need during long shifts.
