Customer Service: Item Availability
Depending on the shipping method you selected, your order should ship within 1-2 business days after order verification and credit approval.
We do everything we can to fill your order completely. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We'll let you know by sending you an e-mail. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. Don't worry, though, we will ship the rest of your order just as you asked.
For certain styles, Timberland® does offer to take your email address and style specific information so that we may email you when the item is back in stock. To find this, go to any product detail page of the style you are looking for. If the style has a note below the cart saying, "Email me when back in stock", you may click that link, select the color and size you are looking for, and enter your email. We'll then email you when and if the item(s) come back in stock.
Manufacturing time for customized products varies depending on the style. Please review shipping information on each custom style product page for more detail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Shipping time for customized products is approximate and specific to the amount of time your product spends in transit once it leaves the Timberland® manufacturing facility. Deliveries will be attempted Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
