Checkout
You are now ready to complete your purchase. Follow these simple Checkout steps:
Sign In.
- If you are a returning customer and have an account at timberland.com, please sign in using your e-mail address and a password and you will be taken directly to the Order Review page. If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account. You'll have the option to create an account later. You will be taken through the steps listed in the sections below.
For registered users:
- Your e-mail address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order and serves as your timberland.com account identification.
- Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password assures that only you can have access to your account information.
Addresses Page:
- Billing Address: Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number.
- Shipping Address: Once you've entered your billing address, you may select one of three options: (Ship to the Billing Address, Ship to a different address, Ship to multiple addresses). If you choose a different address or multiple addresses, you must enter those separately.
- If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Order Review page. Within the Order Review Page, you may edit your Shipping Address as well as the Shipping Method.
Shipping Page:
Select Your Shipping Method. From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. For more information on shipping, click here.
Payments Page:
- Select a Payment Method. At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method. For more information on payment, click here.
- If you have a Gift Certificate or Online Promotional Code, enter it in the box next to "Promo or Gift Code" and click "Apply." For Gift Certificates, you must enter a PIN before clicking "Apply" For more information about Gift Certificates, click here.
- Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout". To review all of your payment options, click here.
Order Review Page:
On the Order Review page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, and total charges. To complete your purchase, click "Submit Order."
Receipt Page:
After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this receipt and save it for your records.
Save Your Account Information.
On the receipt page you have the option to save your account information and become a registered user. Enter a password in the space provided, confirm it and click "Submit." Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password assures that only you can have access to your account information.
